While visiting in Des Moines, I tore up a tire late on a Sabbatum night by hitting a adjourn. I was concerned information technology. Ishtar take days but I found a Firestone shop open for business organisation on a Dominicus. When I chosen, the manager said he had a uniform tire and if I came over, he could have me back on the road in 30 minutes. And he did, in sterling manner. He changed the tire, also repaired The donut spare, repacked it in the awkward location under the trunk, all within nearly 45 minutes. I was totally impressed. Unfortunately, I don't think Firestone has shops where I am, in Due north Carolina.

When my car breaks downward, I am in total DISPAIR...beingness a woman!!! I remember not having a particular place to take my machine, and you must imagine my malaise!!! But I ask my friends and family unit and decided to look into two companies... And lo and behold, the i I picked worked wonders... And the price was amazing!!!

Afterwards much research, I went to Firestone Consummate Motorcar Care at 1200 Southward Magnolia Ave in Anaheim for tires and service for my wife's machine and my machine. The Sales and Service Specialist ** helped us. ** found u.s. the nigh discounts available and went far and to a higher place to help us with the servicing of our vehicles. For example - I paid $10 to take my vehicle tested for tires, brakes, break, etc. They determined that I needed new front brake pads and quoted me a discounted cost. When I came dorsum to have the work done - they had forgotten to cheque the thickness of the rotors. Information technology turned out the rotors were too sparse and also needed to be replaced. ** told me that it was their error and I was non charged anything for the new rotors, only the original estimated cost I had been given.

Never take I ever had an automotive repair visitor practice this - I am 75 years old and take had many car repairs done in my time. The client service here is the absolute best and the work performed is top-notch. No corners were cut. My car has non handled this well since I bought it new. I take used Firestone for my cars for 15 plus years. I feel that they have ever been upfront with me, I tin can trust them and what they recommend for service or repairs on my vehicles. Pricing is fair and being a Firestone carte du jour holder I get lots of discounts and deals! Service is normally done in the time frame that I'g told and employees are very friendly and explains everything then that I understand what needs to be done. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Very friendly and helpful people at my Firestone. They e'er take the fourth dimension needed to explain to me what is going on and what is needed to fix it. The last time I was in was for i of me tires. It looked and ran flat. Even so after checking it out the problem was that the tire was just low. I've had no problems with this tire since then.

I fabricated a 7 am appointment for a Saturday morning ONLINE considering it was available, outset one in, very simple repair, simply check AC... No repairs just check. Well appointments are not for the fourth dimension you take or are offered. At 7am I was told to go out car and would become me in after the call in appointments were taken care of, and so why did I brand a seven am appointment?

When you brand an appointment to any where your normally the commencement ane, common sense, that why yous made it at opening time. Lady in front end of me same experience, I was thinking all good, I take a confirmation #, a reservation # but that means goose egg. So I become to store 4 miles down the road but out of marvel... Wrong! Long story short, service managing director tells me when you lot make an ONLINE engagement, computer doesn't know that there are call appointments already... Makes sense, so online is useless and I'll never practice over again.

You have people making appointments that are not any good. if I would accept known this I would have slept in on a Saturday. I am a service managing director last 26 yrs for a semi trl shop, 44 trophy. I know what it's similar to make everyone happy but we never accept appointments, never works, either they don't show or the task or took longer than expected which makes the adjacent chore later than planned and makes a domino bear on on anybody behind that chore... They're all going too late. I am a true Firestone customer, my girl goes to store at A&Yard simply was very disappointed in the way jobs are taken in. I had my motorcar serviced that day with no problems.

maybe get rid of ONLINE appointments... Service director second location actually did explain it the style it works... skillful job! Honesty good policy!

I have purchased my tires a few times from Firestone, and liked getting the costless tire rotations, and have used coupons for an oil alter. It was convenient, near a mall where I could spend time. This time I went for BRAKES, that I felt I needed. My automobile has 38K miles on it, not that much for what they claimed I needed. They chosen me to review what they constitute that I needed, "Your right rear CALIBER is seized upwardly and needs repair/replacement and you should also o the left rear caliber too, you lot need rotors and pads on both front and rear brakes and your battery is going to die," they quoted me a price of $2200.00. I declined the piece of work, I am a woman, merely not a gullible stupid woman. I went to another mechanic, I did NOT take the seized up Quotient, I did not need rotors, and my front and rear brakes were repaired for $600.00 including labor. SHAME ON Y'all FIRESTONE!

I took my machine to Firestone for a oil change. I was told that my cap was as well tight and I needed to sign a waiver just in instance the cap broke I would non hold them responsible. Firestone ordered a new cap & changed my oil. Yay! Well not do yay…I noticed a small oil leak. Took my machine back to Firestone and they told me all the mechanics called in and they didn't accept anyone bachelor to look at it. Suggested that I bring information technology back the following day at 0700 AM. When I arrived the following mean solar day Firestone told me they had no record of my original service. Seriously!!!

Originally I went in for a radiator repair. They changed a radiator hoses and did a flush. They asunder the transmission lines from the radiator and transmission lines. They never put the clips back on it secure the clips. These clips don't merely fall off. I checked with several different Ram dealers about this. According to the Ram dealers there is no manner these clips just fall off. I take been trying to reach out to the regional managers but they are all hiding. I am near ready to go to courtroom to go some action.

I have bad feel with store managers. I get charge with service I don't have to pay. I ask for service done for 4 pad brakes and rotors just they don't exercise't. They do only front pad and rotors. Accuse me more what I accepted to pay. I need service be done.
